Scaffold jobs were being quoted out of spreadsheets and one estimator's memory. The application takes the job parameters, applies the contractor's own uploaded rate card, and returns a priced estimate with a complete material list — hoists, beams, forklifts, per-diem, standby crew, overtime multipliers, consumables. The industry tool it replaces only simulates the build; it never tells you what to put on the truck.

Bid packages show up as hundreds of pages of PDFs and engineering drawings, and someone has to read every one to count what's in them. The system ingests the set, extracts quantities, dimensions and components, and produces a structured bill of materials an estimator reviews instead of builds. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for a human rather than quietly guessed.

Most quotes don't die from a "no" — they die from silence, because following up on every one is nobody's favorite job. A voice agent works the same cadence a good salesperson would: calls on day 15, again every couple of days, answers the obvious questions, books the callback, and writes the result back to the CRM.
